Build a calm business software stack one operating decision at a time.

The goal is not the fewest apps or the newest apps. It is a stack the team can understand, own, review, and safely change.

1. Map the work and the broken handoff

Follow one ordinary customer, job, appointment, file, or invoice. Record where people wait, search, copy information, or lose ownership.

2. Declare the homes and owners

Name the source of truth for each current answer. Assign a business owner, backup, administrator path, billing contact, and review date to every critical app.

3. Bound the connections

Decide which data may move, which system controls a conflict, who sees failures, and how the work continues when an integration stops.

4. Review burden and reversibility

Count subscription and operating load together. Preserve exports, test migrations, and set a rollback rule before a new system becomes the only working path.
