Run a 30-day adoption review
A launch is a hypothesis. Review what people actually do.
Ask what is still manual
After 30 days, ask each role where they still copy information, search for answers, or maintain a private workaround. Focus on repeat work, not isolated preferences.
A workaround may reveal a missing process rule, insufficient training, or an app limitation. Do not assume people are resisting change without checking the work.
Review the evidence
Look at the signals the business can actually trust: incomplete records, missed handoffs, time spent on re-entry, customer delays, support questions, and renewal cost. Do not invent savings that cannot be observed.
Compare the new process to the baseline you recorded before the change. If there was no baseline, start collecting one now.
Decide one next change
Keep, improve, consolidate, or retire one part of the stack at a time. Write the next owner, due date, and definition of done.
A calm stack improves through small decisions that remain true after the initial excitement fades.
